Hey everyone! 😊 My roommate and I are looking for a female roommate to rent a standard bedroom in our home in Redmond, OR. Rent: $750/month, including all utilities! We prefer no dogs, but we may consider a small to medium-sized dog with prior approval and an additional $25/month pet rent. Unfortunately, no cats due to allergies ☹️ You’ll be sharing a bathroom with the female roommate who is clean, respectful, and easy to live with.
We ask for first months + current month rent and deposit when moving in. There is also a queen sized bed in the bedroom. You are more than welcome to use it but we are more than happy to move it out if you have your own bed! Deposit: $300 due at move-in Lease: Minimum 1 year About the house 🏠: We’re located in the Triple Ridge community, right across from Ridgeview High School. You’ll have access to the pool during the summer, and we’re within walking distance of Sunriver Brewing. There’s also a nice walking path right behind the house, plus AC and heating for year-round comfort. Availability: The room will be available late April to early May, with some flexibility on the move-in date. A little about us: Currently, it’s Dominic (36) and me, Kay (25), living here. We both work in the medical field and tend to keep things low-key. We value a clean, calm, and respectful home environment and are hoping to find someone who feels the same.
