Female Private Room Summer Contract

Hi, my name is Laelle! I'm trying to sell my contract to a Private Female room in Windsor Park. Rent is $530 + Utilities and I'll pay the first full months rent upon signing. The contract is from April 22-Aug 15th. I'd really like to get this contract taken as soon as possible.
The place has three roommates total. In unit washer/dryer. LOTS of storage space. Is close to BYU campus. It's honestly a great place for a student!
