Hi everyone, I’m looking for someone to take over my room on or after May 10th in a 4 bed 3.5 bath townhouse! We are co ed and currently have two girls and two guys living here. Located in courthouse, we are a short walk from the metro and have a bus stop right outside. There is also parking for $50/month. We value a clean and respectful space with no smoking or pets.
