Springs at Hammock Cove, 3 bed 2 bath apartment on the 1st floor
Hello, i'm looking for one roommate to take up residency in a private bedroom in this community. You have a reach-in closet and a bathroom shared with a woman. You will have full access to all parts of the house. We have a private, gated front yard, a dog park right outside the front door, a fixed propane grill emplacement a short walk away, a community pool and clubhouse. The Springs is a gated community with an on- maintenance team and a food truck that shows up monthly. There is also CVS, numerous doctors offices, a Physician's Regional Urgent Care clinic, Publix, and the Shoppes at Hammock Cove all within walking distance (Roughly 15 minutes on foot) Rent will be $850 on the 1st of every month. Pictures of the room will be available soon as it is being cleaned right now. A little bit about me: I am a 28 year old male and head of the household. I do most of the cooking because I love it. You will have restaurant-quality food hand-made by me whenever I am cooking. I was a professional chef, now working in IT. The other housemate is a 23 year old woman who works for a non-profit organization. She is very kind and keeps mostly to herself, but also enjoys cooking for herself and the household. We are clean, quiet, and respectful housemates, and I am looking for someone with similar traits to renew a long-term lease with. Due to the lease agreement, we cannot house any more pets.
