I bought the home back in 2022, has been a quiet and comfortable living. My roommate of 3 years is moving and so I am looking for a new temporary roommate. I have a medium/large very friendly dog that will be long inside with me downstairs. I mostly work, or stick to the living room/kitchen. I am very accommodating to all kinds of people of all kinds of walks of life. Happy to discuss more! Small family home, 1100sq ft. Friendly and suitable to dogs. Plenty of street parking in front of home. You will have entire upstairs to yourself. This includes 2 bedrooms (one is small and can be used for storage or as office space instead) and one full bathroom (bathtub with shower head, for showering, the bottom floor shower can be a shared space). Kitchen and fridge is shared space. Full access and use of hard and shed. Open to discussing different needs or lengths of contracts.
