(GIRLS ONLY LEASE TAKEOVER!!) If you’re a student at the university of arizona and looking for summer housing for school or internships, I’m looking for someone to take over my lease to (rent $1209 included covered parking spot). It’s located at the stone avenue standard and is 5-7 minutes away from campus. There is one other girl in the 4x4 and is really nice and very chill. Dates from May 1st-July 31st. Apartment comes with covered parking space (included in rent) PS5, private bathroom, queen sized bed, fully furnished, morning breakfast provided by the apartment, 24/7 amenities: pool, hot tub, gym, jumbotron (with hbo max, netflix, and more!), tanning bed, sauna, grill, snack bar, and more!
