Private X-Large room with all bills paid. This room rental is located in the safe neighborhood of Champion Forest. We are including all utilities and bills paid for the same price including Fast Wifi. The room can be rented fully furnished or empty for the same price. This is a drama free home with other working professionals that are normally at work all day. We are looking for someone to consider moving in this month.
