Hi, my name is ilaria. I am a 22-year old professional. I am looking for a room to rent in New York. My budget is $900 and I would like to move immediately.

22 y/o female with one cat looking for a room ideally less than 1200, will be studying at NYU for my masters. ideally utilities included, windows in room, and car friendly in brooklyn or manhattan area. move in august. i dont mind smoking in apartment just not in my room and not super duper excessive
