Hi, my name is Caden. I’m a mom of two and currently living in a two-bedroom apartment in Northeast Oklahoma City near MLK Boulevard. I’m looking for a respectful and reliable roommate who is comfortable living in a home with children. I have one private small room available for $400 per month, with a $100 refundable deposit which will be due when move-in date. Rent includes utilities and water. I’m open to flexible arrangements, including month-to-month stays, short-term stays, or even weekly rentals. The room comes with a spacious closet with plenty of room for clothing and storage the blinds where broke whenever I moved in but I can have them fixed. PThe apartment has a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Both bedrooms are located upstairs. I’m okay with guests, as long as they are respectful and not disruptive.
