Apartment in Victorian Village

The bedroom is carpeted and has a sliding mirror closet. In the apartment, there is a full bathroom upstairs, and a half bathroom downstairs. The kitchen and living room are connected but separated by a half island, and the living room also connects to a small outside patio. The apartment complex has a shared community pool, workout station, and laundry room (which the laundry room does require payment to use). There is a small dog pad next to our apartment, and there is a dog park right next to the apartment complex. Our apartment complex is conveniently located in the Victorian Village area, and is walkable to Goodale Park, the Short North, and Arena District! The total shared base rent comes out to $1,490, $50 for sewer/water, $13 for monthly renters liability program, which we will split between us both. We will also split internet, electric, and utility bills on top of this, which can range.
