Hi! I’m a single mom relocating from Maryland to Tampa with my young son. I’m leaving a domestic violence situation and looking for a place to rent, take over a lease, or get settled. My budget is $1300. I’ll be staying with a friend temporarily, but I don’t have much time before I need a place. I have deposit funds and start a job on April 15, so steady income won’t be an issue. If you have something available or know of a place, I’d greatly appreciate any help.
