I will be arriving in Toronto on May 2 ill be studying at George brown college, I can pay first and last month's rent right away once I see the place, either in cash or by e-transfer. I'm clean, respectful, and quiet. I don't smoke and I focus on my routine and staying healthy. I'm responsible with rent and will be supported while studying. I'm looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to stay long-term.
