As my roommate is female student, I'm looking for female subleaser. The rent is $650/mo, since I signed a lease at a discounted rate compared to current prices. You will have access to a fully equipped gym, a pool, and many newly built common areas. The room comes fully furnished with a bed, a desk, and a mattress.
