Room Available in East Davis, furnished or unfurnished, Starting in April I am a retired lab scientist from UCDMC and am looking for someone who is outgoing, and would enjoy living in a family atmosphere with myself and two other female housemates, and our cat Sadie. The bedroom is on the second floor with south facing windows overlooking the backyard trees. It also has a common bathroom, shared with the female housemate across the hall. The total number of people in the house is four. But mostly it’s a pretty quiet house, as everyone has different schedules. The house has everything you need: full access to kitchen with all appliances, laundry room, and easy parking in front. Rent includes all utilities, Central Heating/AC, Washer/Dryer, WiFi. We also already have a cat in the house, so no additional pets please. All you need to move in is the $500 security deposit, and first month’s rent of $950 Please give me a call or text if you are interested in coming to take a look!
