Looking for private room

Hi! I’m currently looking for a private room in Brampton with a budget of around $700/month. I would prefer an all-girls apartment or house. I work full-time as a Behavioral Therapist, so I have a stable routine and a busy schedule. I’m quiet, clean, and respectful, and I value a peaceful living environment, so I’m looking for housemates who are the same. I would need access to the kitchen with enough space and prefer a place with minimal disturbance. I’m mainly looking around Sheridan College (Davis Campus) or the Heartland area in Mississauga, but I’m open to nearby locations as well.
