Hello, I’m looking for a room to rent. I’m trying to movie in early July. My budget is around to $1300 monthly (willing to pay more for the best room). I’m kind, respectful, and a bit reserved (once I get to know you that changes). I’m a homebody but will be out during the day because of work. I am looking for a room around Silver Lake, Echo Park, Mid-city, or Los Feliz
