There are two separate private rooms available. Both rooms are about (10' X 13).
House is in a quiet neighborhood. Renter has full access to kitchen, living spaces, pool, hot tub, storage in garage, and a bonus hallway closet. Couple will be considered but it will be 1200 per month. Small dog or cat will be considered.
We are a married couple. Working
professionals living in house. Our kids (9) and (11) also stay here in the 4th room every other weekend.
