Coastal SD (PB → Carlsbad) | May 1

Hi everyone! 💗 I’m looking for a private bedroom starting around May 1st with a budget of up to $1700. Neighborhoods: ideally along the coast from PB up through Carlsbad. I work full-time remotely, so I’m home during the day. Ideally I’d be the only one WFH, but not a dealbreaker if the space works. I’m clean, respectful, and easygoing. Outside of work I love staying active — gym, beach walks, hiking, occasional golf, [REDACTED] environment. Preferences:• Female household• Parking• In-unit or on- washer/dryer.
