The room for rent is downstairs with a private bathroom, and all common areas (kitchen, living room, dining) are also downstairs for easy access. The other two bedrooms are upstairs, which helps provide extra privacy. The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference. A little about the home:
I’m a single mom, and my kids are with me 2–4 nights a week. We keep a peaceful, respectful, and positive environment. I also love to cook and would be happy to share meals from time to time. What’s included for $1,300/month (ALL bills paid):
