33/f corporate professional seeking a roommate in the North Dallas, Richardson, Plano, Lewisville, and Carrollton areas as a possibility. I’m looking for advice of roommate finder apps or interest. Want a roommate for a few years while I save money for a home and pay down debt starting as early as June. Quality Traits:
- 700 credit score and clean renter history
- clean background and would want us both to have checks completed
- $80K income/looking to split up to $2K rent
- Internet, utilities, and rent split 50/50
- Clean and tidy, can cook
- Social and open, but respectful of boundaries
