50ish lawyer seeks chill roommate

3 bedroom, 1 bath share for rent. I use one bedroom for an office, but I mainly use it for Zoom meetings and in-person, 1-hour consultations, so it's free for you to use most of the time. I have a 75-pound female Rottweiler who is great with people, but it takes her a couple of days to get used to other animals. l Have a large fenced-in yard with a car access gate. I park on the street, so you can have a driveway/garage. When the gf moves out, I'm going to get an over/under washer and dryer. It has a dishwasher and a garbage disposal. 7 minutes from downtown. The neighborhood is stylin'. Almost everything you need is within 2 miles: HEB, Fresh Plus, Walmart, restaurants by the 100s, sports bars, etc. I have a really nice Denon, Dolby Atmos 7.1 setup in the living room with a PlayStation, but other consoles can be hooked up. There's an extra room next to the living room that my gf uses as an office - which you can use for whatever you want. I'm tidy, but not obsessive. I have a generally [REDACTED] for the same. I'm not worried about your gender or any of the other statuses as long as you're generally chill/positive. I use a vaporizer. I got the pics from Zillow. The floord are covered in expensive rugs.
