ISO of 1 roomate (no couples)

My current roomate and I are looking for 1 roomie to fill in bedroom. Preferably someone who is clean, friendly and okay with us having music Frm time to time. Location is 76104 Fort Worth, tx 📍. The closet/room has had some repairs. 1 Shared bathroom, bills are included in the rent ( water, light, trash, WiFi, alarm). Have 1 driveway parking but can also park in front of the house. There is public bus transportation- the current roomie uses uber/lyft no issues in pick up/drop offs. Patio has grill, chairs and table included. Preferably no pets.
