- Laundry unit inside the house. - Water is included in the rent.
- One parking spot available. Not included: Internet, Hydro and Gas. This is paid between the 3 tenants. Optional: If you want it with a desk with drawers, and an ergonomic chair, as shown in the picture) it would be an additional $100. Nearby Places: Dufferin Gate Loop (bus station and street cars), Exhibition GO, Exhibition Centre, Liberty Village, No Frills, restaurants, parks and convenience stores.
