Please NO PETS allowed, no smoking or drug usage. I am a single mother with 2 daughters, 15 years old, 12 years old of age, and 3 year old son. Looking for someone who is ok with the sounds of little feet running around upstairs. The room is a private room with its own private bathroom on the first room by itself, the kitchen and living room is on the second floor. The room comes with a closet and bed frame if needed, WiFi, Water, Electricity & Filtered Drinking water ALL included. Plenty of parking around unit.
