PLEASE READ!!! *** MUST AGREE TO A BACKGROUND CHECK BEFORE SERIOUS DISCUSSIONS *** *** PLEASE NOTE MY BUILDING REQUIRES AN APPLICATION FOR THE ROOM FOR RENT. THERE IS A $45 APPLICATION FEE *** I have a private room available for rent in a 3BD/2BA apartment. Located in the heart of NoHo Arts District, the apartment is in a prime location with a 95 walk store. Surrounded by grocery stores, restaurants, bars, theaters, and dance studios. The Red Line Metro is 5 blocks away. The apartment itself has three (3) working adults. A couple lives in the master suite with their dog and cat. Both animals spend most of the day in their room, as do they since they work from home. I do have a husky, and I let him roam the apartment during the day while I'm at work. I work full-time, usually starting in the early afternoon and come home at night. My dog is pretty chill (actually very quiet for a husky) and is only loud when I make his food or play with him. I do apologize in advance for how loud he can get. We would share a bathroom, and the kitchen is communal. You will have full access to the kitchen, living area, and dining area. There is garage parking, however, both parking spaces given to the unit are taken. The building does allow parking rental in the garage if there is space available for an extra fee per month (I believe $100). There is street parking, but you might have to roam the streets that surround us for parking, as it can get tricky. Street cleaning is every Thursday and Friday from 10:00am to 12:00pm. The rent is $837.50 + utilities. Utilities vary. Four (4) bills: Internet, LADWP (every other month), YES (water & waste), and gas. Utilities are split evenly between all roommates. I require a $500 deposit upon move-in + 1st month's rent. Further details about rent will be discussed in the future and detailed in a leasing agreement. I require a minimum 6mo lease.
