Furnished bedroom with private bath

I am renting a furnished and private master bedroom with an attached bath in my house in Pineville, close to I-77, I-485, and NC-51. A couple of miles from Carolina Place shopping mall and Carowinds. The Charlotte International Airport and Charlotte downtown are only 20 minutes away. The house is 3500 sq ft. The community has 2 outdoor swimming pools. About me: I am a professional, full-time employed, male [REDACTED] do not do drugs, do not party, rarely consume alcohol, and like the house peaceful. I am NOT looking for roommate-with-benefits. The attached pictures are of the house. About yourself: Preferably male You should be full-time employed, have a good credit history, a good rental history, no criminal background, no drugs, no excessive alcohol, and no smoking on the property. You can have friends once in a while being mindful that this is not a party house. No pets, please, due to pet dander allergies. The utilities (electric, heat, water) are shared equally and come to around $100 total per person/per month. A deposit equal to one month's rent is due on or before move-in. If interested, please tell me about yourself, your occupation, hobbies, and the expected move-in date and duration. Prefer 6-months minimum and then month-to-month after that. Note: For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, I only move forward after we meet in person and you see the room yourself. There are no deposits or funds exchanged until after an in person visit and we both agree it is a good fit. This helps ensure a respectful and transparent process for both of us.
