Hi! I’m a 31-year-old professional woman looking for a room to rent starting June 1 or July 1. I work from home in immigration law and have a very predictable, structured schedule. I’m typically either working, at the gym, or relaxing quietly in my space. I enjoy cooking and staying active, and I usually work out early in the mornings or later in the evenings. I’m friendly and open to conversation, but I also value my personal space and tend to keep to myself most of the time. I don’t drink or smoke, but I’m completely comfortable if roommates do. I’m very clean, organized, and respectful of shared spaces. I’m looking to live with others who are similarly mindful—especially when it comes to cleanliness, shared responsibilities, and contributing fairly to household items like cleaning supplies and essentials. I rarely have overnight guests and value maintaining a peaceful, drama-free home environment. Ideally, I’m looking for a place that values mutual respect, consistency, and a comfortable, well-kept living space.
