Room for Rent

My boyfriend and I (female) are looking for someone to rent 1 bedroom in our 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. The price ($935) includes all utilities (including wifi). It’s available starting April 1st. The bedroom is not furnished. It’s easy access to Buses 8 and 29, it’s a 15 minute bus ride to Laurier, 18 minute bus ride to the University of Waterloo and 8 minute walk to the Walmart plaza. It’s not pet friendly as there is already 2 cats living here and aren’t interested in making new friends! Single occupant preferred.
