I am looking for a roommate to split my lease starting April 1st and lasting through September. 2 bed / 2.5 bath (B1 floor plan)
$1,919/mo + utilities (total monthly costs) Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there’s an extra half bath upstairs as well. It’s a really functional layout and works great for roommates/families. Comes with a two car front/back garage and a small backyard! Located right off of I17 North and very close to TSMC & Anthem, AZ.
