Hi, my name is Sevyn. I am a 38 year old professional working remotely in Human Resources so I am home during the day but very quiet and respectful of shared space. I am a non smoker and not a party person. I mostly work, go to the gym, and keep to myself. I also have one very chill cat who is well behaved and litter trained. I am looking for a calm and clean living environment in Las Vegas with a budget of up to $700 and would like to move by March 1st or sooner
