Looking for a roommate! 1 bedroom available, kitchen and bathroom are shared. Kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. Bathroom has a bathtub. I have 1 dog and 1 cat. The dog is a toy cockapoo and the cat is fat (bigger than the dog). I have a balcony as well. We will share utilities/internet (those prices are included at the top) My vibe:
I am very clean, and have recommendations from past roommates that are available. I like alone time, but am social enough to hangout if that's your vibe. I often cook dinner and bake, and if you are chill enough I'd make weekly dinners. I have people over every Sunday for about 3 hours. I am creative and my place reflects that, I prefer whimsy over basic. My pets are well behaved, although the cat does like to open drawers. I have an old school mind and think honestly. I also vape but not heavily, and smoking is okay with me as long as the cigs are done on the balcony. I like to garden as well *wink*. I have an old school vibe, and my place is very much that. This building was built in the 60s and has a quaint charm to it. I love blunt and upfront people, if you aren't afraid to have open conversations we'll get along wonderfully.
