55yo male looking for room to rent.

Professional and very clean white male looking for a room preferably close to oak lawn/downtown area. Will be needing it while I am working in Dallas from April to beginning of October. I don't smoke, drink or drugs and have no pets. I am very easy going and can get along with anybody I meet. Will be working a lot so I need the room mostly to lay my head at night.
