Hi! I’m looking for a Female roommate for my fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment at Broad Ripple Trail Apartments, right near the Monon Trail. The area is calm, safe, and perfect for walking or biking. It’s about a -minute drive to campus, and biking takes around minutes.
The apartment has two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Your room will include a bed and mattress, and the common areas are fully furnished. The total rent is $ per month for two people, including utilities.
I’m a Ph.D. student at Purdue University. I’m clean, organized, and respectful of shared spaces. I also have a friendly cat, so you should be comfortable living with a cat (and ideally like cats!).
