One-bedroom located on the second floor with gorgeous natural lighting. The bedroom has a standard sliding door closet. Recent renovations were completed in Winter of , and include new carpet and paint in the bedroom, and a re-tiled bath and updated counters in the shared bathroom. Included in the base rent as well is a second-floor loft that can be used as a home gym, an office, a cozy library anything to suit housemate's needs.
For shared lived spaces, there is a common area living room, a common area kitchen, a two-car garage, an in-unit washer and dryer purchased in December of and a spacious backyard with additional shed for storage. If you're a gardener, there is also several spaces allocated for gardening in the backyard, though these would need a lot of great work (and vision) if that is your interest. The house is still in the process of being decorated, and so opinions and thoughts are always welcome.
No smoking allowed inside, but friendly for other products. If smoking, smoking has to be done outside the home.
Minimum 6-month lease term with the option to extend, but preference would be for a year-long term.
