This is a 5 bedroom / 3 bathroom house in a quiet neighborhood with no pass-through traffic. Plenty of street parking spots.

The room is ’ and is upstairs with a small upstairs living room adjacent. You would share the bathroom that has a double sink layout (shown in the photos). I personally take care of lawn maintenance, air filters, and general household upkeep. We have three refrigerators, so everyone gets their own space. The house has a relaxed gamer / tech / anime-nerd vibe. We’re looking to fill the 5th bedroom, as our friend is moving out at the end of February. Our current lease runs through June months). We’ve renewed the lease for the past 5 years and plan to renew again.

We’re four guys in our s looking to [REDACTED] together to save money, and we keep things easy . When we’re not working, we mostly keep to ourselves and hang out in our rooms. Two of us enjoy cooking, three of us are gamers, a couple of us paddleboard, and one is always gone at his Gf’s house.. The house is generally quiet — people are either working, relaxing, or gaming. None of us smoke, but there’s a back patio if needed.
