I am a clean and quiet full-time. Professional interested in renting and unfurnished bedroom or splitting the lease for an apartment. I am interested in renting at least one year. I will continue with renting if we get along. I spend most of my free time out with friends playing community sports, at the gym, or home reading and watching Netflix. I have over ten years of experience living with roommates. I always pay rent and utilities on time or earlier.
