sublease for townhouse

looking for a subleaser for my bd bth townhouse condo, it's right next to where chick fil a and canes are so it's pretty close to campus. it has an upstairs balcony and down stairs porch, as well as in unit washer and dryer. parking included, you only pay for electricity and wifi. i'm looking to move out around april, dates are flexible. my lease ends july but you can extend it.
