We’re looking for a male roommate to join us in a spacious, comfortable two-story house on Bedford Dr., close to the UTD campus.
• Location: UTD 7 away minutes by bike, 5 minutes by car, or a -minute walk (very doable on cooler days)
• Room: Private bedroom with a shared bathroom
• Neighborhood: Quiet, calm, and tree-lined
• Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances
• We value a clean, organized, and responsible living environment
Who we’re looking for
• Ideally a graduate student, however, we’re also open to serious, responsible, and well-organized individuals who are a good fit for a calm household
Lease & Costs
• Lease: 5 months (till August, with possibility to renew)
