Furnished Privet Room

Beschreibung

The house is in a gated plus resort community. The room has a queen size bed, chester drawers, and a night stand. The bathroom is shared with guest (there are rarely guest). The common are is a living room, dining room, and kitchen.

This is a resort community so, there are lots of activities between November every year. There is a recreation center with a swimming pool and a hot tub. Some of the activities are twice a month concerts/dances, cook outs weekly, cards daily, horse shoes, shuffle board, daily pickle ball Monday thru Saturday, bowling weekly and other activities.

I am a retired geologist/geophysicist. I like to watch TV, movies, eat out, go to the beach (that happens rarely), and listen to live music.

Rent $ per month and a $ deposit.
