Rent:
- $550/month
- 9- or -12-month lease options
- $550 security deposit
- $150 non-refundable cleaning fee

Roommates:
- Seeking motivated young working professionals or motivated students who value a clean, quiet, and respectful living environment
- This is not a party house
- Current roommates are in their 20s and are students/young working professionals

Utilities:
- Landlord pays for water, sewer, garbage, high speed internet, and electric/gas
- Tenant(s) responsible for lawn care/snow removal
