I am looking for a professional tenant/roommate to rent one private bedroom, with keyed door and access to common share areas inside a single family home. The home is located in Addision, IL, -Private room for one person, no pets, no exceptions. -Rent includes gas, electricity, water utilities and WiFi service.
-Shared household common spaces are bathroom, kitchen, living room, patio. House has 1 full bathroom and 1/2 bathroom.
-No smoking, no vaping, no drugs -No grilling, no fire pits
-No guest / visitors. This is in place to respect roommates privacy and security. Reasonable exceptions can be made for unique circumstances i.e coparenting, out of town relatives visiting, etc.
-Courtesy laundry washer and dryer at residence.
