I’m clean, respectful, and like a calm home environment. I have a friendly cat, so you’ll need to be comfortable around cats. I’m looking for one responsible person who pays on time and communicates well.

House rules are firm: no smoking/vaping, no pets, and no overnight guests. Month-to-month. Background check + references required.
