One bedroom room is for rent in a 3-story rowhome with 4 bedrooms. The room will be available March . This is the ideal location, located only a block from Meridian Hill Park, and a short walk away from Columbia Heights, Mt. Pleasant, and Adams Morgan metro stops.

The bedroom is on the top floor, and receives plenty of sunlight. Rent is $ per month including utilities (internet is an additional $ per housemate). There will also need to be an additional deposit of one month's rent. The bedroom is very spacious, and can fit large furniture items including a couch, desk, bed, book shelves, and a dresser. The room comes with its own private bathroom.

The living room and kitchen are located on the second floor, and is a very large space. The house has many lovely features including exposed brick, a wooden staircase, and skylights. The backyard is private but shared with the downstairs neighbor.

The current housemates include three working adults in government, nonprofit, and research fields. In our down time we enjoy a variety of activities including listening to live music, biking, reading, and collecting vinyl. We are a friendly group and enjoy chatting in the communal spaces and sharing a meal, but we each also have independent lives.

We are hoping to find someone who is kind, respectful, and easygoing. Cooks, gardeners, and anyone who enjoys the outdoors is encouraged to reach out!
