I’m looking for a room as soon as possible in North Miami Beach. I am clean, organized, respectful, and easy to live with. I prefer a private bathroom, but I am open to sharing if the other person is also clean and organized. I keep shared spaces tidy, respect quiet hours, and am responsible with rent and house rules. I am focused on work and maintaining a peaceful living environment.
