House expectations are simple: cleanliness is non-negotiable. No smoking inside, no drugs, no pets, no drama, and no excessive company or noise. Utilities are included unless usage becomes excessive.

Amenities include washer and dryer, private parking, security cameras, a treadmill, and power, water, and internet.
