Bath in shared apartment at The Social Laramie available for reletting!

Hello! I’m about to move out of my apartment at The Social and currently looking for someone to take over my lease. The apartment is a bath with my half on a private side up for lease. I’m using the business’ photos in place of my own as I’m currently in the moving process with boxes everywhere!

Base rent is $ a month with internet and trash included. Has in-unit washer and dryer and all appliances! My roommate is female and has a sweet dog living with her. Has a private balcony and shared living room space. Utilities usually range me around $ a month depending on usage. Utilities are split amongst all residents and water is metered based on personal usage.
