SMOKERS WELCOME ROOMMATE NEEDED

Looking for a roommate for my small 2-bedroom house in Normain Heights in Mishawaka. I you need to use the garage there is an extra $ per month garage rent. There is a full size bed desk and dresser in there now. I smoke cigarettes and welcome and bad habits. There is a washer and dryer too. IF YOU ARE A CLEAN FREAK WE WILL NOT GET ALONG! I have 2 really big dogs that are pussycats once you get to know them, lol. Landlord limits pets to 2 so no other pets allowed. This house is old and not well-kept up. There is a $ REFUNDABLE deposit as long as you don’t want to be added to the lease, the room must be left CLEAN to get the deposit back. My landlord will want an $ deposit if you DO want a month-to-month lease. There is also a $ per person application fee, background check, and employment verification. NO CRIMINAL HISTORY ALLOWED!! Rent is for 1 person, an extra $ for a couple. Need the full $ plus the deposit up front. You are also responsible for HALF OF the Electric and Gas. I can prorate the rent if needed. You will need your own TV. I have basic cable. If you want it, there is a $ per month fee for the cable box, but I will pay for the cable and internet. I am not looking for a bedmate, so do not ask!
