Flat in PRG for occasional commute

I am looking for a flatmate for my 2+kk apartment in Prague – Střížkov/Prosek. The ideal person occasionally commutes to Prague for work and needs a place to stay from time to time (a few days per week or weeks per month). This is suitable for people who alternate between working from a Prague office and home office outside Prague, and who don’t want to pay full monthly rent but would like to enjoy the benefits of a fully furnished apartment without moving from hotel to hotel. I prefer a long-term arrangement.

3. Apartment use: Alternating with me – I am a -year-old man, and I am in Prague for work on average days per month. If we ever need the apartment on the same days, it’s not a problem – there’s space to sleep.
4. Apartment description: 2+kk, approx. -year-old building, 5th floor with elevator. Quiet apartment. Parking space included. Fully furnished: washing machine, iron, dryer, large bed and large sofa bed, built-in wardrobe, equipped kitchen with dishes and cutlery, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, stove. Internet. Separate bathroom with bathtub. Balcony. Storage room in the apartment and basement locker in the garage.
5. Address: Ceskolipska stop; -minute walk to Strizkov metro, 3 minutes by bus to Strizkov metro; minutes by metro to the city center (Florenc) or minutes to Hlavní Nádraží, minutes by bus to Nádraží Libeň. Convenience store (Večierka) 1 minute from the entrance, large Billa minutes on foot, smaller Billa 5 minutes on foot.
