North Dallas Quet WFH roommate

Hi! I’m looking for a private bedroom in the North Dallas area (Plano, Frisco, Richardson, Garland, Allen, Murphy). I’m not trying to live in Uptown, but I’d like to be within ~ minutes since my girlfriend is there.

Budget: up to $/month all bills paid (utilities included). I’m totally fine with multiple roommates to keep costs down. Move-in: September (flexible).

About me: years old, project coordinator for a concrete company. I work from home , so reliable internet and a peaceful/quiet home are important. I’m clean, respectful, and mostly keep to myself. I play video games sometimes and travel occasionally.

House preferences: calm vibe, everyone cleans up after themselves, and straightforward communication about shared spaces. No smoking or vaping in/around the home. I don’t drink. Overnight guests are rare.

Important: I’m allergic to pets, so I need a pet-free home. Street parking is fine as long as it’s a safe area.
