Hey everyone! I’m looking for an FSU/TCC student to take over my lease at University Village for the school year. The lease runs from August through July , and it’s for a private bedroom in a bath Pavilion apartment. Rent is $ per installment, and I also have reserved parking included in the lease.

The apartment is fully furnished and part of a student community right near campus, which makes getting to FSU super easy.

This would be an official re-let through University Village, so once approved, you’d take over the lease directly with the complex. It’s a great option for affordable, close-to-campus living!
